Watch ‘Now You See Me: Now You Don’t’ bucket make popcorn ‘disappear’
Only one vessel is currently capable of making popcorn “disappear.”
To celebrate the release of “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t,” movie theaters across the country, including AMC and Cinemark Theatres, are selling themed popcorn buckets that “appear” to work like magic.
While the “magic” popcorn bucket certainly looks like an ordinary container, it is anything but. According to an explanation by entertainment outlet Fiction Horizon, the container includes a “disappearing box illusion.”
Popcorn is placed inside, and then the front and back doors swing open, making it look like the popcorn vanished just like a “classic magic trick,” according to the outlet.
‘Now You See Me’ popcorn bucket stuns internet
The design of the popcorn bucket piqued the interest of many , with fans clamoring on social media about how much they “need” it or how devastated they were because their local theater sold out of them.
“my marcus theatre doesn’t have the Now فروش بک لینک You See Me popcorn bucket and I’m gonna cry Marcus plz fix this,” one X user wrote.
The “Now You See Me” franchise, which made its cinematic debut in 2013, follows a ragtag group of magicians dubbed “The Four Horsemen” as they work to tip the scales of injustice with jaw-dropping tricks and elaborate heists.
Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Woody Harrelson and Dave Franco, the original horsemen, are joined by a new generation of recruits — Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa and Ariana Greenblatt — to thwart a billionaire’s ( Rosamund Pike ) plan to sell the world’s largest diamond to an evil entity in “Now You See: Now You Don’t.”
